Back in 2000, Sara was appointed as the first female Chemistry teacher at Lytham St Annes High School where she met a very talented Physics teacher called Peter Tankard. 

 

Twenty-plus years later, they are still friends. Sara now makes gin, and Peter takes stunning photographs.  You can see more of his beautiful work at
